This is a selection of our popular cold Fork Buffet Menus, ideal for summer parties, business lunches

Food can be delivered ready to serve, or we can provide the full service with staff, white china,  and stainless steel cutlery 

We provide a seamless service from start to finish 

All food is made by us in our 5* star rated Kitchen at Great Linford, Milton Keynes 

We can also provide a bespoke menu tailored to your particular tastes.

       Please choose 2 main course dishes and a vegetarian or vegan option 

  • Charcuterie platter Italian salami, selection, parma ham, chorizo, cornichons, mixed olives, artichoke hearts, and sun-blushed tomatoes.
  • Rare roasted sirloin of beef with bearnaise sauce  / Stay and serve only  
  • Spatchcock chicken with sumac, garlic, chili, pomegranate molasses, minted yogurt dressing     
  • Hand-carved Gamon cooked in cider and served with fresh Pineapple salsa
  • Bone in British gammon, carved at the table with an orange glaze, served with a choice of chutney or piccalilli  / Stay and serve only 
  • Moroccan Roasted spiced salmon fillets served with harissa mayonnaise.
  • Poached salmon fillets served with a salsa verde 
  • Coronation chicken in a mild curry sauce with fresh mango, coriander, and pomegranate seeds.
  • Poached chicken  breast in smoked garlic, tarragon, and tomato dressing 
  • Chicken breast Caesar salad with romaine lettuce, anchovies, a creamy garlic dressing, and sourdough parmesan croutons.
  • Potato, red pepper, and onion tortilla served with Alioli / vegetarian 
  • Ham hock terrine served with English mustard and apple or plum chutney
  • Classic quiche lorraine with pancetta, cream, and mature cheddar cheese/
  • Poached salmon and watercress tart 
  • Individual puff pastry pies with smoked salmon, prawns, and dill / Shellfish 
  • Roasted sweet potato tart with leeks, goat cheese, thyme, and a polenta pastry / Veg
  • Peppers filled with spiced wild rice, fresh herbs, and roasted tomatoes / vegan
  • Mixed mushroom tart with vegan-style creme fraiche ( vegan)

  • Cauliflower salad with carrots, capers, parsley, and a Dijon mustard dressing / Vegan 
  • Walnut and goat cheese salad with puy lentils, rocket, and sundried tomatoes.
  • Classic coleslaw with white cabbage, shallots, parsley, chives and a mayonnaise dressing 
  • Greek salad with tomatoes, cucumber, feta, marinated red onion, and black olives, oregano 
  • Spiced chickpeas with summer vegetables / vegan 
  • Orizo pasta salad with fresh basil, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, and black olives / vegan
  • White bean, feta, and fresh mint salad 
  • Roasted butternut squash with pearl barley, tender stem broccoli, capers, black olives, balsamic dressing / vegan    
  • Crushed English new potato salad with parsley, mint, shallots, and chives in a mustard-style dressing
