        This is a selection of our most popular cold fork buffet dishes for the Spring and Summer months 

         Please choose 2 main course dishes from the following, and a vegetarian or vegan option

  • Charcuterie platter Italian salami, parma ham, chorizo, cornichons, mixed olives, artichoke hearts, and sun-blushed tomatoes.
  • British and continental cheese board  with pickles, fruit, fresh bread, butter portions, dried fruit , nuts,  (4 x cheese choices ) 
  • Spatchcock chicken with sumac,garlic,chilli,pomegranate molasses , minted yoghurt dressing     
  • Hand-carved British ham cooked in cider and served with fresh Pineapple salsa
  • Moroccan Roasted spiced salmon served with harissa mayonnaise.
  • Poached salmon fillets served with a salsa verde 
  • Coronation chicken in a mild curry sauce with fresh mango, coriander, and pomegranate seeds.
  • Potato, red pepper, and onion tortilla served with Alioli / vegetarian 
  • Ham hock terrine served with English mustard and apple or plum chutney
  • Classic quiche lorraine with pancetta, cream, and mature cheddar cheese
  • Individual puff pastry pies with smoked salmon, prawns, and dill
  • Roasted sweet potato tart with leeks, goats cheese, and a polenta pastry (vegetarian
  • Peppers filled with spiced wild rice, fresh herbs, and roasted tomatoes / vegan
  • Mixed mushroom tart with vegan-style creme fraiche ( vegan)

  • Romano roasted peppers with mozzarella cheese and anchovies
  • Green bean  salad dressed with shallots, capers, and parsley
  • Roasted summer vegetables with couscous and preserved lemon / vegan 
  • Cauliflower salad with carrotts, capers, parsley and a djion mustard desssing 
  • Walnut and goat cheese salad with puy lentils, rocket, and sundried tomatoes.
  • Classic  coleslaw with white cabbage, red onion, parsley , chives and a mayonnaise dressing 
  • Greek salad with tomatoes, cucumber, feta, marinated red onion, and black olives
  • Spiced chickpeas with summer vegetables / vegan 
  • Orizo pasta salad with fresh basil, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, and black olives / vegan
  • White bean, feta, and fresh mint salad 
  • Roasted butternut squash with pearl barley, tender stem broccoli, capers, black olives, balsamic dressing / vegan    
  • Crushed English new potato salad with parsley, mint, shallots, and chives in a mustard-style dressing
  • Indian style potatoe salad with a coronation style dressing 

      The Menu is served with a selection of bread from our local baker and a seasonal mixed green salad
